How to register a new company account?
You can register using the menu link at the top right of the page.
You must provide a credit card, which will be charged a $25.00 dollar registration fee.
How to add new users into my Company account?
You can manage your company users in your company profile.
Enter the new user’s email in the “Invite People” section and click the “Add to My Account” button. The person will receive an email with an invitation code and registration link.
In order to register as an invited user the person will need to click on the “Invited User” button on the registration form.
Invited users will not be required to pay for registration, because their company will be billed for all their activity. You can invite as many users as you want.
How to remove users from my Company account?
You can manage your company users in your company profile. There is a list of Invited Users.
In order to deactivate a user click on the trash can icon button in front of the user.
I installed Go-Global, how can I connect to my county?
I just registered and installed Go-Global, but cannot login remotely.
It may take up to 24 hours for the new account credentials to become active in all counties. Please try again tomorrow.
I just updated my password, but cannot login to my county server.
It may take up to 24 hours to update user credentials in some counties.
When I try to log into the system I get the following error: “Connection Failed. The number of users allowed on the host has already been reached.” – What causes this and how can I log in?
That error indicates that there is an issue with the equipment at the county.
You will need to wait at least 30 minutes and try again. If you are seeing this error during our normal work hours,
please be assured that a technician is aware of the issue and is working to solve the problem.
The county will continue to appear as Online on the Status page. This is not an issue with your account.

We can help you with any issues you may have with the use of Go-Global and document research. We can not help you with any problems or issues associated with your computer – for that you need to contact your IT Department or your local service company.

How far back to the records go and how current are they?
Syscon serves as a gateway to the counties. We do not interact with them on a daily bases and they are constantly updating the information in their systems.
Click on the “Counties Covered” link for more detail. By clicking on the name of each county you will be able to see a list of all documents available at that location. Syscon does not guarantee the accuracy of these lists and they should only be used as a general reference when search for records. Please contact the individual counties for the most accurate information about their online records.
It is as current as you can access at any county location.
When you log into a County through the gateway service, you are actually accessing a computer in the County. Syscon does not maintain any data, it all belongs to the county.
I am having issues connecting, is the county online?
The easiest way to check is by visiting our County Status Page at this LINK.
By using this link, you will be able to see all the counties and their current status. The page will update automatically about every 15 minutes.
Can Syscon Find and Print My Documents?
Unfortunately, no, we can not provide you with any documents.
Our role is to simply provide you with access to the information on the county server. We can not access this information for you. If you only want one document, your options are to either visit the county or create an account for this one time use.
