What happens now…

Your information has been emailed to our staff and we will create your account.

We will generate a Username and Password for your account users and email that information to you when the setup is complete.

Once you receive the Confirmation email from us, please read the attached “Welcome” page. The “Welcome” page will provide you with all the information you need to install the Go-Global software and access the online information.

Your account will be created, but it will not be active until the Setup Fee is paid. Please see the email for the invoice and number to call for payments. Please wait to pay for the setup until you have received the Confirmation email.

Accounts are created weekdays before 11:00 am CST. The servers are updated with the account information each day between Noon and 4:00 pm. If you request an account after 11:00 am, it will not be configured and ready until the next cycle. Accounts are not created during holidays and weekends.
